As a Tax Director in accon avm ■ advise clients on your own all common tax issues. The account from the fiscal discipline and the quality of the work of the consultants in your team belong to your responsibilities, as well as the tax revenues of the office or region in which you work. You are therefore the regional figurehead, the "face in the market", ensuring the structural and substantial customer growth. For customers realize optimal results by increasing your knowledge on taxation applying smart.
The billable hours, margins and accounts receivable within its customer portfolio do you keep a close watch. You have an external drawing power.
You are responsible for a balanced staffing structure, which you contribute to the recruitment of new employees.

You have a solid generalist tax knowledge.
You preferably have completed a university Training Tax Law or Tax Economics, and / or at least a HEAO Fiscal Economics program or FB.
You have at least 5 years relevant work experience.
