Your challenge
Be an Ambassador of the Lean Phased Deployment Model and ensure its effective implementation across Philips Healthcare. Deliver training of the Philips Continous Improvement Curriculum and coach Philips Healthcare organizations to achieve a true Lean Thinking culture shift. Coach to certification candidates for Lean Master, Expert, Advanced and Foundation levels and be accountable for a high certification ratio (Certifications as a percentage of people trained). Constantly challenge the status quo and be the role model for End2End Lean Thinking.
Your responsibilities
In this role as Lean Master, you
Guide multiple Philips Healthcare organizations through the Philips Lean Phased Deployment Methodology, achieving aggressive improvement targets
Advance the Lean competency of the organization through teaching, coaching and oversight of local Lean Champions
Drive best practice sharing and learning throughout the Continuous Improvement community of Philips
Train and coach Lean Masters, Experts, Advanced and Foundation Level
Capture, document and share best practice, transferring knowledge across deployment sites and cross sector

You will be a part of the Healthcare Continuous Improvement organization, a group highly motivated and action oriented subject matter experts in Lean and Six Sigma working with all the organization across the globe. The Continuous Improvement team is part of the Healthcare Business Transformation organization, which is led by a member of the Healthcare Executive Team. You will deal with all levels of the organization from the Healthcare Executive Team, to business leadership, to teams deploying Lean throughout the company. You will also be part of the close-knit Philips Continuous Improvement practice, sharing experience and expertise with peers from all Philips businesses.

We are looking for
Technical degree and Masters of Engineering or Business
Extensive Lean deployment experience, with experience in complex product industries or commercial/transactional environment a plus
Ability to teach, coach and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to work at strategic levels, helping a business define priorities and opportunities, and a tactical levels, executing projects
Knowledge of the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Hoshin Kanri, and other business improvement methods
