Your Responsibilities

As Senior Director Business Process Owner you are responsible for:
Lead a project team of BPOs (Business Process Owners) and/or BPEs (Business Process Experts)
Manage a Pool of BPEs as a line manager reporting to you across your process domain
Take ultimate accountability to define, design and build and monitor (incl. continuous improvement) multiple business processes and accompanying procedures and policies in an complex area across sectors/functions

- Verantwoordelijk voor Data management o.a. door het team aan te sturen op het verzamelen van data van verschillende data bronnen, het beheersen en ontsluiten van rapportages via de portal, de data kwaliteitscontrole, het opslaan en beheersen van de datageschiedenis, het beheersen van de (eenduidigheid) van data definities en de communicatie daarvan naar de verschillende afdelingen en het implementeren en beheersen van data kwaliteit en integriteitsbeleid en procedures.
- Uitvoeren van intern klantonderzoek om op basis daarvan de toegevoegde waarde, diensten en klantgerichtheid van Business Intelligence verder te verbeteren;

Kwaliteitsborging en procesoptimalisatie
- Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de data en de geleverde rapportages, bepaalt het kwaliteitsbeleid voor de data en rapportages en ziet toe op een adequate uitvoering hiervan.
- Draagt zorg voor de continue ontwikkeling en verbetering, inclusief vastlegging, van de door Business Intelligence gebruikte processen en standaarden.

Relatiemanagement
- Onderhoudt en ontwikkelt de relaties met key stakeholders waaronder UPC Corporate (CIO) en (het management van) interne UPC afdelingen;
- Ontwikkelt een sterk intern netwerk met name binnen de Top50, is daarbij op de hoogte van de behoefte aan informatie in de rest van de organisatie en geeft hier invulling aan met een positief kritische blik.
Desired Skills and Experience
Jouw profiel
- Je beschikt over WO werk- en denk niveau behaald door middel van een opleiding op WO niveau en additioneel 10 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Bedrijfskundige achtergrond en zeer ervaren in Business Intelligence methodieken en ervaring met implementatie van performance management systemen;
- Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring en sterk ontwikkelde coaching vaardigheden en effectieve People Manager, dynamische energieke aanvoerder die inspireert en coacht;
- Sterke change manager die instaat is om de huidige wijze van BI te transformeren naar een meer business partner gedreven afdeling;
- Goed politiek gevoel, kan op board level het belang van Business Intelligence uitdragen;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, klantgericht en flexibel.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende leiderschapskwaliteiten, bent besluitvaardig en weet je medewerkers goed te coachen en stimuleren.
