The position of IT Director
In this position you will be globally responsible for the management of all Information Technology and lead our global IT organization to new levels of excellence. Within the scope of this position are Applications Management, Service Management, Infrastructure Management and development of a Global IT Strategy resulting in optimal business performance.
Within Exact’s dynamic and high-paced organization you will be reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, working from our headquarters in Delft.
Your job responsibilities as an IT Director
You will be responsible for the development and execution of a clear and effective strategy encompassing all Information Technology and future IT developments in our Global organization
You will initiate and manage all necessary IT and Business projects resulting in the best possible enablement and servicing of our Business Units
You will take overall responsibility, lead and inspire while continuously ensuring necessary stakeholder buy-in
You will act as the leading Information Technology advocate of IT as an enabler of business performance improvement
What qualifications make you our ideal IT Director?
You hold a relevant master’s degree
You have at least 10 years’ experience working in Information Technology in complex organizations, of which a minimum of 5 years was spent successfully operating at Senior Management level
You have a clear vision on IT and you are able to effectively use your leadership skills in executing your vision and strategy
You are able to show us an excellent track record managing business critical applications and infrastructures, resulting in measurable improvements in business performance
You are well adapted to working in a high-paced international setting
You are pragmatic and result-driven; prioritizing, structuring and standardizing
Building strong relationships comes naturally to you
Your personality is strong and convincing
You have proven leadership skills
You have excellent communication skills in English, preferably in Dutch as well
You thrive on handling multiple deadlines

A competitive salary based on a 40 hourwork week, depending on your qualifications and experience
